How do I determine if I can receive National Post home delivery?
Simply click here and enter the postal code of your home delivery address. If local home delivery is available in your area the applicable subscription rates will be displayed. Please be advised that while newspaper subscription prices are published for your postal code there is a very slight chance that your exact address is not serviced by the National Post. This situation occurs mainly in very rural areas. Also, if your address is a Post Office Box number, the newspaper cannot deliver to your address.

What if my address doesn't qualify for home delivery, can I still subscribe?
National Post subscriptions are not available for every address. If your address doesn’t qualify for home delivery National Post customer service representatives can help determine what delivery options are available. Standard home delivery is not available to Post Office Boxes. However, there are cases where mail delivery might be available to your address. If so, then it is typical that the delivery price will be slightly to significantly higher than the discounted newspaper subscription prices we are displaying on this website.

Can National Post subscriptions be paid by credit card?
Yes. You can charge your subscription on most major credit cards, such as Visa and MasterCard, although acceptance of Discover and American Express varies by newspaper. What should I expect from National Post Customer Service?

By what time should I expect the paper to be delivered?
In most areas, the paper will be delivered by 06:00 on weekdays, 07:00 on Saturdays, and 08:00 on Sundays.
Of course, we strive to maintain these guidelines as much as possible, however, there are always extenuating circumstances, such as inclement weather, that might cause your newspaper delivery to be delayed. If you paper does not come on a scheduled delivery date, please contact National Post as soon as possible to receive credit.

When will National Post home delivery start?
The lead time to start delivery on a new order varies by area. In most areas, new orders begin within 5 to 7 days after the order request is received. Your expected start date will be shown on the confirmation screen after you place an order. If you have any questions about your start date, or if your newspaper subscription does not begin as scheduled on the first day, please contact National Post, so that we can send a reminder notification to the delivery carrier in your area.

Does my National Post subscription include the Classified Ads section?
Yes. Every edition features a comprehensive listing of classified ads, and of course National Post Sunday editions are the most popular issue for both advertisers and subscribers to reach each other via classified ads.

What kinds of merchandise and services are available?
National Post classified ads contain merchandise ranging from homes to automobiles to real estate. Services offered include ticket brokers,jobs and careers and various professional services, such as plumbers, landscapers, tax help and more. There are also legal notices and personal sections available.

Can I subscribe to just the Classified Ads?
No. The classified ads section is not available as a separate subscription vehicle. National Post Classifed Ads section is a valuable component of the paper. Only by purchasing a full local delivery subscription to the newspaper will you be able to receive this section of National Post.
